This reduced import keeps base and Shift, covering uppercase and lowercase letters, Space, comma, and period. Shiftish, Altish, numeric layers, and their additional shortcuts are omitted. In particular, standalone semicolon, hyphen, question mark, exclamation mark, and digits are unavailable.

Arcane behavior follows the pinned QMK source’s fastest window, less than 125 ms, including source branch precedence. Delayed literal punctuation remains available as a more expensive miss; the intermediate timing window is omitted. Where the source reads an uninitialized coordinate, this model uses the ordinary punctuation fallback as a deliberate extension. Persistent firmware modes and chains of Arcane keys retaining an earlier physical-key context are outside this model.
